1. General safety requirements
Article 1 the operators should pass the professional safety and technical training and pass the examination, then they are allowed to work.
Article 2 the operators must be familiar with the structure, performance, working principle and correct operation method of the centrifuge. At the same time, they should know the causes of some common accidents and preventive measures.
Article 3 the operators should be familiar with the start and stop of the centrifuge, and be familiar with the contact with relevant posts.
Article 4 when working, the operators must wear protective equipment as required.
Article 5 the operators should strictly implement relevant safety production rules and regulations.
2. Safety operation regulations
Article 6 before starting the machine, the operators should check whether there is any foreign matter in the drum, whether the oil level of the oil tank is normal, whether the tension of the main engine V-belt is appropriate, etc., and start the machine after confirming that it is normal.
Article 7 before starting the machine, it is necessary to turn the drum to ensure that it can rotate freely without collision.
Article 8 after starting the oil pump motor, it shall wait for about 1min to start the main motor after observing the pusher mechanism and oil circuit working normally. When the drum does not rotate, the reciprocating motion of the oil pump and pusher mechanism shall not exceed 5min.
Article 9 when starting the main motor, pay attention to the starting current value. If the data deviates too much from the rated current value for a long time, it should be stopped immediately.
Article 10 feeding can only be carried out after the centrifuge reaches normal speed without any abnormality.
Article 11 the door cover shall be closed when the centrifuge is in operation. When observing the feeding situation, it is forbidden to put head, hand and other foreign matters into the drum.
Article 12 during the operation of the centrifuge, it is necessary to regularly observe the operation current, oil pressure, temperature, etc., and it is not allowed to exceed the rated value.
Article 13 in case of filter residue blockage, the main motor shall be shut down for a short time to clear the blockage, then the motor can be started to resume normal operation. Otherwise, the centrifuge should be shut down for maintenance and inspection.
Article 14 to stop the centrifuge, the main motor should be stopped first. When the main motor stops completely, then stop the oil pump motor.
3. Safety operation regulations for maintenance
Article 15 the operators should clean the centrifuge with the flushing water valve during shift handover, and leave the post after cleaning.
Article 16 in case of failure to wash out the large amount of accumulated materials, it is necessary to shut down the machine and use wood or soft metal to remove the filter residue in the drum. It is strictly prohibited to clear or use hard metal materials to damage the screen without shutting down the machine.
Article 17 if the protective cover of the centrifuge needs to be disassembled and repaired in the middle of production, it must be installed in time after completion.
Article 18 during normal production, the operators of each shift should clean up the centrifuge and surrounding working environment to ensure a good operating environment.
Article 19 when the operators or maintenance workers are unable to keep sober due to drinking or fatigue, they are forbidden to operate, debug or engage in maintenance work.
